Content can be filtered using any property or keywords. Filters are cumulative enabling sophisticated searches to be built by non DB experts. Results can be moved into sets for later processing and filters can be saved. Documents can be previewed quickly, multiple formats are handled including MS Office, emails, video, sound, images, PDFs, etc
For any set of results , statistics can be generated in real time. Statistic reports can be configured as needed but out of the box document format, size, and top terms are generated. Results can be saved for use in reports and spreadsheets etc
Results can be grouped into named sets and treated as groups of documents. Delete sets, archive sets, use them to reorgnise your content
Configure Words of Interest (WOI), Set types, Groups. Create stored regular expressions for powerful text searching.
